「壘上有人：臺灣棒球漫畫的全力一擊」 臺北大巨蛋棒球漫畫特展
本展覽由國家漫畫博物館籌備處推出的「壘上有人：臺灣棒球漫畫的全力一擊」特展延伸到臺北大巨蛋展出，以不同形式、樣貌呈現棒球漫畫主題視覺，邀請大家走入展場，看見方格中的棒球如何揮擊出撼動人心的力量，勾起內心的棒球情懷。
展區1｜總論與介紹
棒球，是臺灣共同的語言，也是跨越世代與族群的集體記憶。
從日治時期傳入，歷經三級棒球的榮光，到職棒開打，棒球一次次掀起全臺熱潮，成為承載國族情感的「國球」。這股熱血，不只在球場，更延伸到漫畫世界，透過誇飾筆觸與圖像敘事，呈現速度與張力，不僅描繪技術與比賽，更折射臺灣對「國球」的想像與記憶。
展區2｜筆尖下的棒球力量
棒球漫畫如何讓速度、力量與聲音躍上紙面？
線條，塑造動態與張力；畫格，掌控時間節奏與故事流動；狀聲詞，將聲音化為視覺符號，營造臨場感。
展區3｜臺灣棒球漫畫發展歷程
臺灣棒球漫畫經歷怎樣的「變身」過程？
1966年起，臺灣棒球漫畫受「編印連環圖畫輔導辦法」影響，產生「描抄重製」、「盜版翻譯」與「剪貼創作」等形式。1990年職棒開打後，原創作品蓬勃發展，見證漫畫如何記錄棒球的熱血與文化。

棒球漫畫，是夢想的載體，也是現實的映照。
從團隊精神、嚴苛訓練，到制度缺陷與職棒黑暗，漫畫以圖像敘事折射運動的光與影，從不同視角凝視棒球漫畫，體驗夢想與現實的交錯。

Runners on Base: Powerful Hits from Taiwan’s Baseball Comics special exhibition at the Taipei Dome
Extended from the Preparatory Office of National Taiwan Museum of Comics’ Runners on Base: Powerful Hits from Taiwan’s Baseball Comics special exhibition, this showcase brings baseball comic-themed visuals to the Taipei Dome in various forms and styles. We invite the public to visit the exhibition and discover how baseball, framed within the panels of comics, strikes the heart with its two-dimensional form and ignites one’s inner passion for the sport.
Section 1｜Exhibition Overview
Baseball is a shared language in Taiwan, as well as a collective memory that bridges generations and ethnic groups.
Since its introduction during the Japanese colonial period, baseball in Taiwan has witnessed the international successes of youth baseball and the establishment of the professional baseball league. Numerous baseball events have fueled excitement and exhilaration across the island, and baseball has become the “national sport” that embodies collective national sentiment. Beyond the ballpark, this fervent passion has also extended into the world of comics.
Through exaggerated brushwork and visual narratives, these works present speed and tension; they not only depict techniques and matches but also reflect Taiwan’s imagination and memory regarding its “national sport.”
Section 2｜Baseball Power Through the Artist’s Pen
How do baseball comic make speed, power, and sound leap off the page? Effect lines create dynamics and tension; panels control the rhythm of time and the flow of the story; and onomatopoeia transforms sound into visual symbols, creating an immersive sense of presence.
Section 3｜The Development of Taiwan’s Baseball Comic
How did Taiwan’s baseball comics undergo their “transformation”?
From 1966 onwards, Taiwan’s baseball comics were affected by the “Guidelines to Publishing Comic Strips,” giving rise to forms such as “traced reproduction,” “pirated translation,” and “collage-based production.” After the launch of professional baseball in 1990, Taiwanese original works flourished, witnessing how comics record the passion and culture of baseball.
Section 4｜Baseball Comics as a Prism
Baseball comics are vehicle for dreams and a reflection of reality.
From team spirit and rigorous training to systemic flaws and the dark side of professional baseball, comics use visual storytelling to reflect the light and shadow of the sport. Looking at baseball comics from different perspectives allows us to experience the intersection of dreams and reality.
Section 5｜Touching Base with Memory—Baseball Glory Across the Panels
Baseball comics carry our shared memories and emotions, recreating iconic games, the aura of stars, and stadium culture.
From the Hongye and Golden Dragon teams to the fierce battles of Sadaharu Oh and CPBL stars, let us walk into this collective memory and feel the passion and emotion resonate once again.
Section 6｜Next Inning—Your Turn to Pitch
Taiwan’s baseball comics represent a passionate and steadfast cultural force.
They safeguard baseball dreams, record glory, and confront scars. This fervor, woven from ink, sweat, and tears, not only condenses cultural identity regarding the “national sport” but also transforms into the opportunity for the next pitch after stepping out of the panels, continuing to write Taiwan’s baseball story.
Section 7｜Baseball – Our Shared Dream (Tucked away inside the Taipei Dome, this special chapter will quietly make its debut as you enter with your ticket for a game or a concert.)

Let's step into the ballpark together and relive that fiery passion. Through iconic game highlights and baseball comics, we celebrate the glory of Taiwanese baseball and the collective heartbeat of a nation united in cheer.
