4.於同一個場次中,如該遠大會員有FANCLUB優先抽選資格,同一個證件號可於FANCLUB優先抽選及一般抽選各登記1次;如該會員僅有一般抽選資格,同一個證件號僅能登記1次
5.登記身心障礙優惠票及身心障礙陪同者,請先完成「身心障礙者身分認證」再進行登記,身心障礙優惠票僅限登記與身心障礙者本人身分認證相符之證件資料;若有登記陪同者、須與身心障礙者本人登記於同一訂單(請勿分次登記)

實名制登記 辦法說明
1.系統列印票券時,將帶入登記抽選人員的「證件姓名」及「證件號碼」,台灣居民限填寫「身分證姓名」及「身分證字號」;海外人士限填寫「英文護照姓名」及「護照號碼」。
2.身分證姓名僅限填寫「繁體中文」與「英文」,護照姓名僅限填寫「英文」,請勿使用特殊符號及字元。
3.登記抽選之資料請務必確認,一旦完成登記訂單後,將無法變更「票券張數」與「登記票區」,亦無法取消訂單資料,請確實核對後再送出登記訂單。
4.登記後如需修改登記資料,請務必於登記截止時間2025/09/22 23:59前至『我的訂單』,於該登記訂單姓名欄位點擊『查看詳情』修正資料,逾期一律不得變更實名資料。
5.若實名制資料填寫不符規定者,如中選將視同放棄。
6.若台灣居民填寫姓名包含生僻字、特殊字恐無法於票券正常顯示者,可於姓名欄位輸入與護照正本相同的英文姓名,活動當天持護照與身分證件正本核對姓名及身分證號入場(不接受核對護照號碼)。
7.冒用他人資料登記者,屬於違反文創法第10 條之1第3 項「以虛偽資料或其他不正方式,利用電腦或其他相關設備購買藝文表演票券,取得訂票或取票憑證者,處三年以下有期徒刑,或科或併科新臺幣三百萬元以下罰金。」主辦單位及售票單位有權取消該登記訂單及票券。請注意保護個人資料,切勿洩露給陌生人或代購業者,以免日後權益受損。
入場核對規定
・台灣居民參加者入場時請攜帶可證明本人之身分證件正本(僅限身分證、駕照、健保卡)且證件上需有可辨識為本人之照片,與票券上姓名及證件號碼核對皆正確後方可入場。若經現場工作人員判定證件上照片與本人長相落差太大,則可能會有不能入場的狀況發生,建議攜帶有近期照片之證件。未攜帶身分證件恕無法入場。
・海外人士參加者入場時請攜帶護照正本,且證件上需有可辨識為本人之照片,與票券上姓名及證件號碼核對皆正確後方可入場。未攜帶護照正本恕無法入場。請注意票券上實名制資料需與護照正本一致,恕不接受因護照更換等理由使用新/舊護照核對入場。
・購買身心障礙票券者(含輪椅席),入場時請出示身心障礙證明正本及身分證進場,若有陪伴者,須一同入場查驗(恕無法單獨持票進場)。
・入場驗票時,請出示台灣居民參加者本人的身分證件正本(海外人士參加者為護照正本)以供核對入場者是否為參加者本人,僅接受正本,不接受出示任何影本、截圖、亦或是健保快易通APP或 網路銀行登入畫面。若參加者無法出示證件正本或票券上的「證件姓名」、「證件號碼」與出示的證件不符,皆視為放棄入場權益,不得要求退款、變更或轉讓給他人。
・參加者姓名包含生僻字、特殊字而無法於票券上印製或是出現問號,可由現場工作人員判斷,確認無誤後即可入場。
・演唱會票券為個人使用,實名制票券不得轉讓他人。
・本活動所收集之資料,包含姓名、電話、身分證字號等資訊,將提供主辦單位該活動入場驗證使用,並不會做其他用途,亦不會將您的個人資料和活動資料提供給無關的第三方。

【付款注意事項】

2.Yahoo及Hotmail信箱擋信機制相對嚴苛,為確保您的權益,強烈建議您在註冊會員時,盡量勿使用Yahoo或Hotmail郵件信箱,以免因擋信、漏信,或被視為垃圾郵件而無法收到『登記成立通知信』。

5.為強化信用卡網路付款安全,Ticket Plus遠大售票系統已導入更安全的信用卡 3D 驗證服務,提供持卡人安心的交易環境。付款流程中,系統將依各發卡銀行規定,可能跳出由該銀行提供的驗證視窗(如 3D 驗證)。請特別注意,若您的瀏覽器或防毒軟體啟用了「阻擋彈出視窗」功能,可能導致驗證視窗無法正常顯示,進而造成付款無法完成或失敗。建議您於付款前檢查並關閉相關阻擋功能,以確保交易順利。
6.若是信用卡刷卡失敗導致訂單未成立,請於繳費期間內重新付款。
信用卡刷卡失敗可能原因:
・發卡銀行系統在授權時發生壅塞、當機、網路通訊不佳導致刷卡時間過長,造成交易失敗。
・系統在您開始進行信用卡授權時,會等待銀行回傳,若此時您關閉授權等待畫面,系統將視為交易失敗,直接取消交易。
・信用卡授權有問題,請洽詢您的發卡銀行。
・重複3D驗證導致銀行端判定為失敗。
7.請確實核對訂購內容,票券一經售出,表示購票人同意支付本次交易之內容與價格,不得以任何理由及形式拒絕支付本次交易費用。若已售出訂單需退票,敬請依照規定期限內辦理退票。
8.建議使用Google Chrome, Firefox, iOS 14(含)以上搭載之Safari 瀏覽器,請勿使用Line, FB 等APP 內建瀏覽器開啟網站, 以免造成購票流程異常或結帳錯誤。
9.請勿使用多裝置或多視窗同時購票,可能會導致您的購票失敗或異常。
10.每位身心障礙者每場次限購一張優惠票及一張陪同票,限購票時所提供之身障手冊本人使用,禁止轉讓給其他身障手冊持有人,入場時手冊持有人與陪同者需同時入場並請備妥身障手冊查驗。新版手冊需於「必要陪同者優惠措施」有相關註記方可購買陪同票券。
・通過身分認證之帳號,僅可購買身心障礙證明「有效期限」晚於「活動日」之票券。
・每位身心障礙人士含必要陪同者限購最多2張票券,「必要陪伴者優惠措施」須通過主管機關身分認證始能購買陪同席票。
・身心障礙優先席以主辦單位/場館規劃區域、座位、優惠票價配位銷售,售完為止。
・進場時敬請攜帶有效證件,若有未帶證件、資格不符者、或非本人者等不合規定之事宜,將無法入場。

Real-Name Registration – Lottery Rules
1.This event requires real-name registration. The lottery will be conducted based on registered orders.
2.Registration is open from 2025/09/21 12:00-2025/09/22 23:59. During this period, you may modify the information of participants in the lottery.
3.Each Ticket Plus member may register up to 2 ID numbers. The registered ID numbers do not need to belong to the member themselves.
4.For the same performance, if a Ticket Plus member has FANCLUB priority lottery eligibility, the same ID number may be registered once for the FANCLUB priority lottery and once for the general lottery. If the member only has general lottery eligibility, the same ID number may be registered only once.
5.For registering disability concession tickets and accompanying persons, please complete the “Disability Identity Verification” before registration. Disability concession tickets can only be registered using the ID information that matches the verified identity of the person with a disability. If registering an accompanying person, they must be included in the same order as the person with a disability (do not register separately).
※When registering for the FANCLUB priority lottery, you must enter a FANCLUB code. Each serial number may be registered once per event, and only 2 ID numbers can be registered (split registrations are not allowed).
※Once the registration order is completed, the FANCLUB code will become invalid and cannot be canceled. Please confirm the number of tickets and ticket price before registering.

Real-Name Registration Instructions
1.When the system prints the ticket, the “ID name” and “ID number” of the registered applicant will be included. Taiwanese residents must provide their “National ID name” and “National ID number”; overseas applicants must provide their “passport name (in English)” and “passport number.”
2.The National ID name may only be entered in “Traditional Chinese” or “English.” Passport names may only be entered in “English.” Special symbols or characters are not allowed.
3.Please confirm your registration details carefully. Once the registration order is completed, changes to the “number of tickets” or “ticket section” will not be allowed, and the order cannot be canceled. Please review thoroughly before submitting.
4.If you need to modify your registration information, you must do so by 2025/09/22 23:59 in “My Orders” by clicking “View Details” in the name field of the registration order. After the deadline, no changes to real-name information will be permitted.
5.If the real-name information does not comply with the rules, any winning entry will be considered forfeited.
6.If a Taiwanese resident’s name contains rare or special characters that cannot be displayed properly on the ticket, the applicant may enter their English name exactly as shown on their passport. On the event day, both the passport and the original National ID must be presented for verification of name and ID number (passport number verification is not accepted).
7.Registering with someone else’s information constitutes a violation of the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act, Article 10-1, Paragraph 3, which states: “Those who use false information or other improper means through computers or related equipment to purchase performing arts tickets, and obtain booking or collection certificates, may face imprisonment of up to three years, a fine of up to NT$3,000,000, or both.” The organizer and the ticketing company reserve the right to cancel such registration orders and tickets. Please protect your personal information and do not disclose it to strangers or brokers to avoid loss of rights.
Entry Verification Rules
・Taiwanese participants must bring the original official ID (only National ID, driver’s license, or health insurance card) with a recognizable photo of themselves. Entry is allowed only after confirming that the name and ID number match those on the ticket. If the on-site staff determine that the photo differs significantly from the participant’s appearance, entry may be denied. It is recommended to bring an ID with a recent photo. Participants without an ID cannot be admitted.
・Overseas participants must bring the original passport with a recognizable photo of themselves. Entry is allowed only after confirming that the name and passport number match those on the ticket. Participants without the original passport cannot be admitted. Please note that the real-name information on the ticket must match the passport; new/old passports due to replacement will not be accepted for verification.
・Participants who purchased disability tickets (including wheelchair seats) must present the original disability certificate and ID upon entry. Companions must enter together for verification (entry with only the ticket is not allowed).
・At ticket inspection, Taiwanese participants must present their original ID (overseas participants, the original passport) to verify that the ticket holder is the participant. Only original documents are accepted; photocopies, screenshots, or displays from the health insurance app or online banking are not accepted. If participants fail to present the original ID or if the “ID name” and “ID number” on the ticket do not match the document, entry rights are forfeited, and no refund, modification, or transfer will be allowed.
・If the participant’s name contains rare or special characters that cannot be printed on the ticket or appear as question marks, on-site staff may verify the information, and entry will be allowed once confirmed.
・Concert tickets are for personal use only; real-name tickets cannot be transferred to others.
・The personal information collected for this event, including name, phone number, and ID number, will be used by the organizer for entry verification only. It will not be used for other purposes and will not be shared with unrelated third parties.

・After each stage’s selection results are announced, successful registrants will be notified via email and SMS, and the “My Orders” page will display the successful order awaiting payment. (Unsuccessful registrants will not receive notification, and their “My Orders” page will not show pending orders.)
・Emails and SMS are for notification purposes only. Not receiving them does not mean the registration was unsuccessful. Please check “My Orders” in your member account.

・Changes to “ID name” or “ID number” will not be accepted in any form. Please confirm your real-name information before payment. The organizer and Ticket Plus will not be responsible if incorrect information prevents entry.
[Payment Notes]
1.Applicants must complete mobile and email verification before registering. Registrations without verification are not allowed. It is recommended to set up a credit card in your member profile beforehand to save time.
2.Yahoo and Hotmail have strict spam filters. To ensure you receive notifications, it is strongly recommended not to use Yahoo or Hotmail when registering, as important registration confirmation emails may be blocked or marked as spam.
3.Ticket Plus Registration System:
・Each member may register up to 2 tickets per event.
・Successful registrants must pay by credit card (VISA/MASTER/JCB).

4.For credit card orders, the payment status in “My Orders” determines the transaction result, regardless of whether you received a bank authorization confirmation.
5.To enhance online credit card security, Ticket Plus has implemented 3D verification. During the payment process, your bank may display a verification window (e.g., 3D Secure) according to its regulations. If your browser or antivirus software blocks pop-ups, the verification window may not appear, potentially causing payment failure. Please check and disable any such blockers before payment to ensure a smooth transaction.
6.If a credit card transaction fails and the order is not created, please retry payment within the payment period.
Possible reasons for credit card failure:
・Bank system congestion, downtime, or poor network communication may cause a transaction to fail due to long authorization times.
・If you close the authorization waiting screen before the bank responds, the system will treat it as a failed transaction and cancel the order.
・If there is an issue with card authorization, please contact your bank.
・Repeated 3D verification may result in failure determined by the bank.
7. Please verify your order carefully. Once purchased, the buyer agrees to pay for the transaction in full. Refunds must follow the event’s designated policy and timeline.
8. It is recommended to use Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari on iOS 14 or above. Do not use in-app browsers such as LINE or Facebook, as this may cause errors in the purchasing or checkout process.
9. Do not use multiple devices or multiple browser windows simultaneously to purchase tickets, as this may cause errors or failed transactions.
10. Each disabled participant may purchase one discounted ticket and one companion ticket per event. Tickets must be used by the person named on the disability certificate; transfers to others are prohibited. During entry, the certificate holder and companion must enter together with the disability certificate ready for verification. For new certificates, companion tickets can only be purchased if the “Required Companion Measures” are noted.
・Accounts verified for identity may only purchase tickets where the disability certificate’s validity period extends beyond the event date.
・Each disabled participant and their necessary companion may purchase a maximum of 2 tickets. Companion seats require identity verification by the competent authority.
・Priority disability seats are allocated and sold according to the organizer/venue’s planning for sections, seats, and discounted prices
・Please bring a valid ID when entering. Entry will be denied if you do not have your ID, do not meet the eligibility requirements, or are not the ticket holder.
・For purchases of disabled concession tickets (including wheelchair seats), please present the original disability certificate and ID upon entry. If accompanied, the companion must enter together (tickets cannot be used alone) for verification purposes.
注意事項
1.根據文化部訂定『藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項』第六項「退、換票機制」之規定共有四種方案之退換票規定,本節目採用方案二:消費者請求退換票之時限為購買票券後3日內(不含購票日),購買票券後第4日起不接受退換票申請,請求退換票日期以郵戳寄送日為準,退票需酌收票面金額5%手續費,退票方式及退款時間請詳閱最下方退票規定。

4.一人一票,憑票入場,票券限使用一次,請勿購買來路不明的票券,以免自身權益受損。請於購票前確認購票細節。並呼籲您不要購買來路不明的票券,以免自身權益受損,主辦單位將保留認定票券合法性之權利。
5.入場票券為記名有價票券,如發生遺失、燒毀、破損等情形,一概不予重新開票。請向當地警察單位報案後取得核發「遺失物受理案件登記表」,於入場前出示該登記表及可證明確定座位之有效票券購買證明與身份證明文件,經現場確認無其他相同票券持有人就座(位)後方得入場。任意塗改、影印或套印、掃描複製票券,均屬無效票,詳情請洽遠大售票客服中心。
6.場內嚴禁使用除手機以外之任何形式的錄音/錄影、攝影設備(包括但不限於:專業及非專業相機/攝影機/相機鏡頭/相機配件/數位小相機/空拍機/GoPro等)拍照、攝影。嚴禁手機直播,如經查獲,現場工作人員有權立即刪除本場活動影音資料,並禁止其重新進入會場且保留法律追訴權。
7.禁止攜帶任何玻璃瓶類、金屬類容器,如玻璃杯/瓶/盒等,以免造成危險。
8.禁止攜帶尺寸超過 A3(29.7cm x 42cm)面積的海報及標語,及任何非官方的LED 燈牌類、氣球及含有政治性標語的旗幟、橫幅等任何應援製作物。官方販售之周邊商品除外,惟仍須通過安檢。
9.各表演場館各有其入場規定,請持票觀眾務必遵守主辦單位及場館各項規定,如有干擾演出秩序之行為,主辦單位有權請其離場。
10.為維護表演人相關品牌形象權益,未經演出及主辦單位同意,不得將本門票用於任何商業促銷活動。
11.消費者必須以真實姓名購票及填寫有效個人資訊,一旦以虛假資料購買票券已經涉及「偽造私文書罪」,依照刑法第二百十條:「偽造、變造私文書,足以生損害於公眾或他人者,處五年以下有期徒刑。」 ,主辦單位及遠大售票皆有權利立即取消該消費者訂單及票券,請勿以身試法!
12.相關規定以主辦單位活動官網及現場公告為準,主辦單位保留修改或終止本活動之權利。

1.According to the Ministry of Culture’s “Mandatory and Prohibited Provisions of Standard Form Contract for Performing Arts Tickets,” Section 6 “Refund and Exchange Mechanism” provides four options for ticket refunds and exchanges. This program adopts Option 2: Consumers may request a refund or exchange within 3 days after ticket purchase (excluding the purchase date). Requests made from the 4th day onward will not be accepted. The request date is based on the postmark date of mailed applications. A 5% handling fee of the ticket face value will be charged for refunds. Please refer to the refund section at the bottom for details on the refund method and processing time.
2.Do not purchase tickets from auction sites or other unofficial authorized channels/websites. Doing so may result in fraud or transaction disputes and may affect your rights. The organizer and Ticket Plus will not be responsible for any issues, including denied entry or other problems at the performance.
3.Any form of reselling tickets for profit (regardless of whether the markup is labeled as service fees, transportation fees, subsidies, etc.) violates Article 64, Paragraph 2 of the Social Order Maintenance Act. Additionally, under Article 10-1, Paragraph 2 of the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Act, selling tickets above the face value or 3% over the official price is subject to fines from NT$10 to NT$50 per ticket by the municipal or county (city) government, based on the number of tickets. 4.One ticket per person. Entry is allowed with a valid ticket only, and each ticket can be used once. Do not purchase tickets from unknown sources to avoid compromising your rights. Please confirm the ticket details before purchase. The organizer reserves the right to verify the validity of all tickets.
5.Admission tickets are registered and valuable. Lost, destroyed, or damaged tickets will not be reissued. Please report to local police and obtain a “Lost Property Case Registration Form.” Before entry, present this form along with valid proof of purchase and ID. Admission will be granted only after verification that no other person holds the same ticket. Any alterations, photocopies, overlays, or scanned copies of tickets are invalid. 6.The use of any recording, filming, or photography equipment other than mobile phones (including but not limited to professional and non-professional cameras, camcorders, lenses, accessories, digital cameras, drones, GoPro, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Live streaming via mobile phones is strictly forbidden. If detected, staff have the right to delete the recorded content, deny re-entry, and reserve the right for legal action.
7.Glass bottles, metal containers, or similar items (including glass cups, bottles, or boxes) are strictly prohibited to avoid hazards.
8.Posters or banners larger than A3 size (29.7cm x 42cm), unofficial LED signs, balloons, or flags/banners containing political messages are prohibited. Officially sold merchandise is allowed but still subject to security inspection.
9.Each performance venue has its own entry regulations. Ticket holders must comply with all rules set by the organizer and venue. Any behavior that disrupts the performance may result in removal from the venue.
10.To protect the brand image of performers, tickets may not be used for any commercial promotion without prior consent from the performance organizer.
11.Consumers must purchase tickets under their real name and provide valid personal information. Purchasing tickets with false information constitutes forgery of private documents. According to Article 210 of the Criminal Code: “Forging or altering a private document in a way that may harm the public or others shall be punishable by imprisonment of up to five years.” The organizer and Ticket Plus reserve the right to immediately cancel such orders and tickets. Do not violate the law.
12.Relevant regulations are subject to the organizer’s official website and on-site announcements. The organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the event.
Please read all the above precautions carefully before purchasing tickets. By successfully purchasing tickets, you are deemed to have agreed to all the above terms.

・Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your mobile phone number and ticket collection number, then print the payment slip. (The ticket collection number can be found in My Orders.)
・Bring the printed payment slip to the store counter to pay and collect your tickets.
・For overseas mobile numbers: please add the country code before your number. For example, if your phone number is 123456789 and the country code is +81, enter: 81123456789

4.Orders that are paid but not collected within the collection period will be considered sold. No ticket exchanges or refunds will be accepted.

退票規定
1.根據文化部訂定『藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項』第六項「退、換票機制」之規定,共有四種退換票規定,本節目退票方案選擇方案二訂定如下說明。
2.購票後(不含購票當日)三日內得退票,第四日起即不接受退票申請,已領票者申請退票日期以郵戳寄送日為準,未領票者申請退票日期以線上退票申請日或Email寄達日或為準,換票視同退票處理。
例:2025年9月24日 購票,退票截止日期為2025年9月27日,2025年9月28日(含)起的線上退票、Mail、郵戳退票即不再收件。後續退票,以此類推。
3.退票期限內申請退票者,每張票券須酌收票面金額5%手續費。相關服務費、轉帳、取票手續費用與寄回郵資非屬票價部分不在退費範圍之內。
4.已取票需以郵寄退票申請者,購票後(不含購票當日)之第三日若遇假日,則順延至下一個工作日截止收件。
5.如購票日距活動日不足三日,請於活動開始前完成退票申請,逾期恕不受理,未取票者請於活動開始前以Email申請退票,已取票者請自行計算郵寄時間,活動開始前未於退票期限內寄達者,Ticket Plus遠大售票系統將依退票申請表上之聯絡方式通知申請人取回票券,若無法和申請人取得聯繫或無法達成取回票券共識者,Ticket Plus遠大售票系統將不負票券保管或任何其他責任,所有責任與後果將由申請人自行承擔。
6.訂單可接受部分票券退票,請在申請線上退票時勾選需退票券之票號或於退票申請表「訂單編號」欄位註記需退票券之票號,並於申請退票後五個工作天至【我的訂單】中確認已退票成功後再領取票券,若未退票成功先領取票券者,請於退票期限內依照已取票方式申請退票。

2.Refunds are allowed within three days after purchase (excluding the purchase date). From the fourth day onward, refund applications will not be accepted. For collected tickets, the application date is based on the postmark date; for uncollected tickets, the application date is based on the online refund application date or the email received date. Exchanges are regarded as refunds.
Example: If the purchase date is 2025/09/24, the refund deadline is 2025/09/27. From 2025/09/28 (inclusive), refund applications via online system, email, or postmark will no longer be accepted. Subsequent refunds follow the same rule.
3.For refunds made within the refund period, a handling fee of 5% of the ticket face value will be charged per ticket. Service fees, transaction fees, ticket collection fees, and return postage are not included in the refundable amount.
4.For collected tickets that must be refunded by mail, if the third day after purchase (excluding the purchase date) falls on a holiday, the deadline will be postponed to the next working day.
5.If the purchase date is less than three days before the event date, please complete the refund application before the event starts. Late applications will not be accepted. For uncollected tickets, please apply for a refund via email before the event begins. For collected tickets, please calculate mailing time accordingly. If the tickets do not arrive within the refund period before the event, Ticket Plus will notify the applicant via the contact information provided on the refund application form to retrieve the tickets. If the applicant cannot be contacted or an agreement cannot be reached regarding ticket retrieval, Ticket Plus shall not be responsible for ticket safekeeping or any related matters. All responsibility and consequences shall be borne solely by the applicant.
6.Partial refunds of tickets within the same order are accepted. When applying online, please check the ticket number(s) to be refunded or indicate the ticket number(s) in the “Order Number” field on the refund application form. After applying for a refund, please check My Orders within five working days to confirm the refund result before collecting tickets. If tickets are collected before the refund is confirmed, please follow the refund procedure for collected tickets within the refund period.
7.Online Refund Method (Deadline: 2025/10/27 09:00)
Online refund is only available for uncollected tickets within the refund period. Please go to My Orders → Refund Application and click “Apply.” If the tickets have already been collected or the online refund deadline has passed, please follow the “Form Refund Method” below.
8.Form Refund Method:
• Credit Card Payment:
Collected tickets: Please download and fill out the refund application form and mail it together with the original tickets to Ticket Plus. The refund (after deducting applicable fees) will be credited back to the original credit
card account.
Uncollected tickets: Please download and fill out the refund application form and email it to the customer service mailbox. Once customer service replies, no further confirmation call is required. The refund (after deducting applicable fees) will be credited back to the original credit card account.
Ticket mailing instructions:
Refund applications with original tickets must be sent by registered mail only.
